It’s quite intriguing and wonderful how Barbeque Nation comes up with something new to keep the momentum going, every 3 months. And this time, it is the Smokin Sizzler Festival!
The ambiance is always altered a bit according to the festival to bring that feel and warmth to the customers. The service is always impeccable, rather sometimes too much. And it’s always full of people, no matter what the time or the day. So it’s one of those restaurants that do well no matter what, and are loved by all. But I appreciate how they try to do different things every few months to give their customers something new.
Some of the notable dishes from the new sizzling menu are:
Veg Momos: With a mix of soya, paneer and mushroom, the momos are fantastic and are much better than the regular momos.
Stuffed Dum Aloo: Now who doesn’t like dum aloo, especially when it’s so delicious.
Paneer Cigar Roll: Surprisingly good!
Gooey Brownie: Brownie served with ice cream and chocolate sauce on a sizzler plate.
The new starters were served in a sizzler plate to add the excitement and newness. The food was as usual quite delicious. The main course has become even better over the years so good job done there.
The only negative is that it’s too crowded and there’s too much noise all the time. Maybe they should stop singing Happy Birthday to every other table and the dancing is getting old too.
Overall, I’d say, the smoking sizzler festival is great, and the food at Barbeque is worth a few tries. A great family place!
