Smaaash PitStop BrewPub is one of those places where you can spend an entire day, either for a family outing or for spending time with friends. You can either opt for Sky-Karting, which really is a multi-level go karting track with top of the line equipment and track and all safety measures taken care of, or you could just sit outdoors, enjoy the weather and the view and eat some delicious food with some fresh beer. You can also opt for the brunch on Sundays. The brunch has a decent amount of variety and the taste is quite satisfactory.
I visited the place on a Sunday, so I opted for the Brunch. Unfortunately, they weren’t serving fresh beer then because the set up was not ready yet and they were to start with serving fresh beer in a few days. The brunch consisted of soup, salad, starters, main course and desserts. Some of the notable dishes were:
- Khow Suey: Creamy, slightly spicy with an assortment of toppings, the khow sue was surprisingly tasty.
- Veg Manchurian: With the development and exposure of the restaurant industry, dishes like manchurian have been vanishing and it was good to see one of the old dishes on the menu. It tasted pretty good too.
- Dal Makhni: The dal was delicious and didn’t contain too much butter or cream, although I wouldn’t mind some more butter!
- Chicken Lasagne: My friends tried the chicken lasagne and completely loved it. It was probably the best non vegetarian dish in the buffet.
Overall, I’d say this place is for the perfect outing!
