Home delivered delicious vegetarian North Indian food. Although we live in a city that does house a good number of vegetarians, yet it’s so difficult to find a proper North Indian home delivery place serving delicious vegetarian dishes. Luckily though, I found the perfect place for all paneer, soya and any other vegetarian cravings.
Dilli BC (quite a unique and intriguing name) is located in the happening M block market of Greater Kailash 2. So the next time you’re out partying and are craving for some North Indian food right after, you know where to head. The food is mouth-watering, the packaging is great and the quantities are huge so it’s worth every penny. Their delivery system too is quite efficient, although there is an option to sit out and eat right there.
I tried the following dishes:
BC Paneer Tikka: One of the best paneer tikkas I’ve had in a long time! It was soft, succulent and the marination was just perfect.
Soya Tikka: I absolutely love soya tikka, so wherever I go, I order one. Strangely though, it’s difficult to find a good soya tikka. And the one from Dilli BC was bang on. It was extremely delicious and flavourful.
Daal BC: The dal makhani was delish and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
Malai Kofta: The malai kofta was soft, with a delicious filling and the curry in itself was creamy and beautiful. Probably one of the best malai koftas I’ve tried.
Green Mirchi Parantha: I was quite happy to see the green mirchi parantha on the menu, and when it actually arrived, I was more than happy. It was full of been chillies and of course I loved it!
Red Mirchi Parantha: It was crisp and delicious.
Garlic Naan: The naan was still quite delicious even though it had been kept out for a while. It didn’t turn rubbery like naan usually does when cold. So full marks for that.
Stuffed Parantha: The filling was perfect and the size of the parantha was huge.
Overall, I had an excellent experience and would recommend this place to all fellow foodies!
