Working hard, for long hours and slogging through the corporate structure, majorly tired of the unpleasant office food? Then TWIGLY is the answer. Quite similar to FreshMenu, which I had been using earlier, it has a daily changing menu, with healthy alternatives each day taking care of your salad, sandwich, pasta and dessert cravings to mention a few. Now the order can be placed either through the App or through http://www.twigly.in . It’s easy, convenient and very accessible.
Now coming to the food, the menu is pretty good but special points to the sandwich menu, which has been created with utmost research and care. The combinations are so pleasant and delicious that the description in itself will make your mouth drool. Moreover, there is a great variety of breads to choose from, namely ciabatta, whole wheat and multigrain. I had the following sandwiches which were more delicious than words can say:
Cottage Cheese and Sundried Tomato Sandwich: Firstly, I had opted for the multigrain bread which was beyond delicious. It so so good that I decided to call them up just to ask if they sell the bread individually. Unfortunately, they don’t but I’d really like them to consider this option because their bread is by far the best bread I have had, and my miles. Secondly, the combination of the filling was a real show stopper, truly very delicious.
Hummus and Peas Sandwich: I wasn’t initially convinced with the idea of a peas based sandwich but it turned out to be the best of the lot. The hummus was bang on and the peas patty tasted pretty good.
Root For Me Sandwich: First of all, kudos to the team for thinking out of the box and including a sandwich, whose main ingredient was sweet potato. Plus with the addition beetroot, bell peppers and lettuce, it had to taste great.
The service is spectacular. The delivery boys are very dedicated. I had placed my order, but it arrived slightly early, so I couldn’t pick it. The delivery boy, with full dedication waited for almost half an hour to deliver my food to me, with the freshness of the food intact. Great job guys!
