Factory by Sutra is an expansive micro brewery that is all about good vibes and even better food and not to mention the fantastically brewed German beers. It’s spread over 12,000 sq. feet with a capacity of 300 covers which says a lot. Moreover, the seating arrangement is such that it provides privacy to every table as it’s laid out spaciously. The USP of this microbrewery that makes all the difference is that it also offers a co working space at a nominal membership cost of 4999, while providing complimentary WiFi, food and office stationary in this amount. And especially in today’s times, when young individuals are using their education not just to do a 9 to 5 job, but to make something of their own with the little resources available with them, while rentals are plummeting, the need for such co working spaces becomes even more necessary.
Now coming to what this place provides to regular people like you and me, is amazing freshly brewed beer and the most delicious food in Sector 29 market. They’ve got an amazing variety of beer ranging from Dark which would be anomalous to the likes of Guinness to Dunkel Wheat which is basically Red ale and to Premium Lager, which is the most popular and choice and also my favourite which is the German Wheat. The food menu is absolutely spectacular with some new innovative dishes in addition to the regular favourites. Here’s all that I tried:
Delhi 6: This dish is a must try! It’s a combination of Golgappa, Bhelpuri and Aloo Tikki, all in one bite. It was mind blowing.
Kurkuri Bhindi Nachos: We all love nachos, but honestly, I’m too bored of the regular nachos. Now at first one might be a little apprehensive about ordering this dish, but it’s surely worth it.
Soya Keema Pita Bao: I had once had the Indian Chinese variety of soya which was a disaster but this one completely changes my mind. First of all, the chef has done a commendable job by using pita pockets as bao because they definitely taste better. Secondly, the soya keema mixture was delicious.
Dal Factory: The dal was different, quite thick actually and the taste was bang on.
Paneer Anokha: One of their specialities, it had a filling which really added to the deliciousness.
Khameeri Roti: Now khameeri roti is hardly available anywhere so most people wouldn’t know about it but basically it is a well fermented roti. A lot of people actually end up throwing away the mixture of khameeri roti but it actually tastes quite delicious.
Factory by Sutra has become my new favourite in Sector 29 market!
